Dopo essersi alzati si fa una bella colazione per iniziare bene la giornata. Come ti senti oggi?

After waking up, we need to take breakfast in order to begin our new day. How are you today? 

起床之後， 早餐為我們的一天展開序幕，你今天好嗎？

Prima, vediamo cosa mangiano gli italiani di solito. 

First of all, let's see what Italians usually have for their breakfast. 

首先，一起來看看義大利人平時吃什麼吧！

I croissant aromatici

Aromatic croissants

香噴噴的牛角麵包

Una tazzina di espresso, profumato e denso.

A small cup of fragrant espresso.  

一小杯香醇的義式咖啡。

Oppure un bicchiere di latte fresco. 

Or a glass of fresh milk.

或是一杯新鮮的牛奶。

A me piace bere il tè, e voi? 

I like drinking tea, and you?

我喜歡喝茶，你們呢？

In inverno fa molto freddo quindi amo prendere una tazza di cioccolato caldo. 

When it is very cold in winter, I love drinking hot chocolate. 

在寒冷的冬天，我喜歡來杯熱巧克力。

Spesso mangio anche queste cose per la colazione (sono veramente buone!) : 

Very often I eat these things for breakfast as well (they are really delicious!): 

我也常常吃這些東西喔！真的很好吃呢！

Di solito gli italiani mangiano qualcosa di dolce per la colazione; mentre gli asiatici mangiano qualcosa di salato tradizionalmente, per esempio, i giapponesi mangiano una ciotola di zuppa di miso. 

Usually Italians eat something sweet for their breakfast; however asians, according to the tradition, eat salty things at breakfast. For instance, Japanese eat a bowl of miso soup.

義大利人的早餐通常都吃甜的；而依據傳統，亞洲人則吃鹹食。譬如日本人會喝碗味噌湯。 

A colazione, gli asiatici mangiano anche gli altri piatti salati, come:

At breakfast, asians eat other salty dishes, too, such as:

亞洲人也會吃其他鹹的熟食，例如：

Con il riso.

With rice.

佐白飯。

Gli inglesi invece mangiano la pancetta.

While people in Britain eat bacons. 

而英國人則吃培根。

Ora è già pranzo in Italia, buon appetito! 

Now it is already time for lunch in Italy, enjoy your meal!
