Fa molto molto caldo in Italia durante l'estate, ci sono quasi 40 gradi. 

It is very hot in summer in Italy, there are nearly 40 degrees.

義大利的夏天非常地熱，將近有40度左右～～

Quindi di solito non vogliamo cucinare troppe cose, noi facciamo solo l'insalata. è veloce e fa anche molto bene alla salute. 

So usually we don't want to cook, we just make some salad, it is easy to prepare and good for our health.

天氣太熱了，我們不想做菜，所以就做了沙拉，容易準備又有益健康

Oppure delle volte facciamo degli antipasti, tipo: melone con prosciutto.

Or sometimes we eat some Italian appetizer, like melon with ham of Parma.

或是我們會吃些開胃菜，比如說哈密瓜與帕爾馬的火腿   

Ultimamente piove molto a Bologna, dunque il tempo diventa fresco. 

Recently it rains a lot in Bologna, so it becames really cool. 

最近雨下得很大，所以天氣變得涼爽多了。
