La sogliola è un tipo di pesce non solo facile da cucinare, ma anche buono. In Cina, c'è una leggenda che riguarda questo pesce. Il primo imperatore, 朱元璋 (Zhūyuánzhāng, 1328-1398) della penultima dinastia della Cina, 明 (Míng, 1368 - 1644), siccome orfano, viveva con suo Zio. Lo zio lo mandava a pascolare le oche in campagna.
Un giorno, mentre nuotava in un fiume, per caso catturò un pesce, avendo fame, lo arrostì e lo mangiò. Mentre mangiava, Zhūyuánzhāng sentì le urla dello zio che lo sgridava, spaventato, ributtò il pesce nel fiume e gli disse "pesce, devi vivere per me finchè non verrò di nuovo a mangiarti". stranamente, il pesce resuscitò, solo che essendo stato mangiato a metà, divenne piatto e i suoi occhi stettero entrambi sullo stesso lato del corpo.
Questa è una delle tante leggende riguardo a Zhūyuánzhāng. In Cina la sogliola è chiamata "pesce dell'imperatore" (皇帝魚/皇帝鱼/Huángdì yú) proprio per questa leggenda.
Prima di venire a Bologna non avevo mai mangiato la sogliola, ma dopo averla provata la prima volta, mi è piaciuta molto.
Sole is kinda fish which is not only easy to cook but also delicious to enjoy as a meal. In ancient China there's a legend about sole. The first emperor of the dynasty Ming (明 Míng, 1368 - 1644), Zhūyuánzhāng (朱元璋, 1328-1398), he was an orphan so he lived with his uncle. One day, his uncle asked him to shepherd some gooses in the country, he arrived there with these gooses then he went swimming in a river. Suddenly he found out a fish, he catched it, roasted it then he began to enjoy his meal. Before he could finish eating the fish, he heard that his uncle was shouting at him. He threw the fish into the river with reluctance out of fear for his uncle, and he said to the fish: "Fish, you must stay alive for me before I come to eat you!" Then the poor fish stayed alive; however, Zhūyuánzhāng had already eaten half of its body, so its body became flat and its eyes both came to the same side of its body. From this legend of the emperor, this kinda fish got the name: "fish of emperor" (皇帝魚/皇帝鱼/Huángdì yú). Before I came to Italy I had never tried the flavor of sole, but after I tried it for the first time, I understood that it is very delicious.
比目魚是好吃而又容易準備的菜色，而明朝（1368 - 1644）皇帝朱元璋（1328-1398）與比目魚也有著一層有趣的關係喔！朱元璋在很小的時候就成了孤兒，為叔叔所收養，叔叔看他整天好吃懶做不像話便叫他去放鵝。一天，朱元璋放了鵝，便跳進河中游泳，游啊游，他抓到了一條活跳跳的魚，二話不說便將他的獵物給烤來吃了。吃到一半，他聽到了叔叔的斥責聲，在緊張之下，心不甘情不願地將魚給丟到了河中，並對魚說：「魚啊魚，你可要繼續活到我來吃你啊！」說也奇怪，魚又活了過來，只是可憐的它身體被吃掉了一半，身體不僅變得扁平，連另一側的眼睛都被擠到同一側來。於是比目魚又被稱作「皇帝魚」。在來波隆那以前，我完全不識比目魚的滋味，試過以後，真的很好吃～～ 大家也可以試試喔～
